1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZaharaMall (operated by A2Z Transworld Services Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. About ZaharaMall

ZaharaMall is an online marketplace operated by A2Z Transworld Services Ltd, registered in Sweden. Our headquarters are located at Nöbbelövsvägen 100, 22660 Lund, Sweden. We connect customers worldwide with verified African vendors selling authentic products.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Products and Services

Products are sold by independent vendors on the ZaharaMall platform. While we verify all vendors and review product listings, we act as a marketplace facilitator and individual vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, images, and pricing.

5. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover). All prices are displayed in your selected currency with real-time conversion rates. Payment must be received and confirmed before orders are processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL and other carriers. Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. See our Shipping Info page for details.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Certain items (perishables, intimate goods, custom-made items) are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

8. Vendor Obligations

Vendors on ZaharaMall agree to provide accurate product information, ship orders promptly, maintain quality standards, and comply with all applicable laws. ZaharaMall charges a commission on each sale as specified in the vendor agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ZaharaMall, including the ZaharaMall name, logo, website design, and original content, is the property of A2Z Transworld Services Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Vendor product images and descriptions remain the property of respective vendors.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZaharaMall and A2Z Transworld Services Ltd provide the platform "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to product quality disputes between buyers and vendors.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lund, Sweden.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
